Ecuador roses can be recognised by their somewhat larger buds and their beautiful, special colour tones. Ecuador roses are also strong roses with a good vase life. This is due to the fact that these roses are grown in Ecuador and this country is close to the equator. The equator provides an ideal environment for roses because of the short days with lots of sunshine and long cold nights. As a result, the roses grow slower, making for long sturdy stems and large flower buds.
