Bouvardia
Bouvardia can be both the main protagonist and an important supporting element in a bouquet. This flower shines with its special diamond-shaped flowers. The flower is called the "short-day flower" because the bouvardia can develop in less than 12 hours. Because of this rapid development, bouvardia surprises you every day. It looks slightly different every day.
Because bouvardia develops so quickly, this flower can change its appearance from one day to the next. Bouvardia is most common in pink, white and red. There are also different variations of these colours, but the basis is always one of the former.
The bouvardia is easy to recognise by its diamond-shaped flowers, which open completely within two weeks.
